Class Schedules

We have convenient class schedules for the entire family!

Children Beginners and Family Classes.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Class #1 starts at 4:45PM
Class #2 starts at 5:30PM
Class #3 starts at 6:15PM
Parents can choose any of these times that best suits their needs.
We recommend 2 classes a week for beginners, but you can come as often as you like.

For children please check out our little dragon program.

All Adults
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
7:00PM ages 13 and up.

Wednesdays and Fridays 7:00PM Kickboxing

All classes are 45 minutes each. We offer private classes.
Closed on Saturdays for Tournaments, Birthday Parties and Community Events.
